Who will be shopping and delivering my order?
Our store associates will shop your order, and then a professional delivery driver will deliver to you in a temperature controlled van.
Is there a minimum order size?
Yes, the minimum order size is just $50. However, you may still order below $50, but you will just be charged a $10 fee.
How will I know if an item is out of stock and what can I do about it?
Our online catalog reflects the current inventory status. If you do not see an item available, you may be able to order it for next-day delivery from the warehouse by unchecking the In My Store filter on the left-hand side which will display all items in the warehouse. If the item is out of stock at the warehouse, you can contact the store if you wish to know when it will likely be back in stock.
What if I need to add something to my order after I placed it?
If you need to add something to your order, simply just submit another order. Pick the same delivery day & time as your previous order. If it is past the cut-off time to place an order for the same delivery time, choose the later time and we will ensure the orders are delivered together.
How do I get notifications about the status of my order?
At checkout, simply click Edit in the Notification Recipients window and enter your contact information and click Save Changes. You will receive a notification when your order is complete and ready to be delivered.
What time do I need to place my order by?
Orders need to be placed by the start of the delivery window time. So, for our 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM delivery window time, orders technically need to be placed by 2:59 PM.
Do I need a membership to get delivery?
No, Gordon Restaurant Market is open to the public. All you need to do is sign up as a customer so that you have an online ordering account. It is completely free to be a customer. Head to gfs.me/signup to sign up if you do not have an account already.
How do I pay and what payment types are accepted?
You will be prompted to enter your credit card information into our secure payment form during checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
What if I am confused on how to order and need assistance for the first time?
